Privacy Protocol.

At NailArtsStore, we view privacy as a fundamental component of the client-artist trust. Any personal anatomical maps, allergy profiles, or aesthetic consultation notes recorded during your residency are stored in an encrypted private database accessible only to your primary technician.

We do not sell data to third-party beauty conglomerates. Your email is used strictly for appointment notifications and seasonal editorial lookbooks if opted-in.

Photography: Our technicians often document "The Reveal." No images featuring your face or identifiable markers will be shared on social media or editorial channels without signed written consent via our studio release form.

Studio Terms.

Grace Period: We offer a 15-minute grace period for all rituals. Beyond 15 minutes, your appointment may be truncated or rescheduled to respect the following client's narrative.

Cancellations: Rituals require 24-hour notice for rescheduling. Cancellations within the 24-hour window will incur a 50% technical fee to compensate the artist’s allocated time.

The Lab Returns: Due to the artisanal and hygienic nature of our Kyoto gels and botanical oils, all boutique sales are final. We offer testers in-studio for all liquid products.

Maintenance: We guarantee our structural integrity for 7 days. If a chip or lift occurs within this editorial window, we provide a complimentary repair session.
